Ilario Ferrari Trio featuring The Soli Strings Quartet

Visionary composer, pianist,singer, and 'gentle showman' Ilario Ferrari presents his highly acclaimed third album, Be Yourself.

Ilario will be perform at the Pump House Theatre with his trio, including Charlie Pyne (double bass) and Katie Patterson (drums), alongside the Soli Strings Quartet.

Be Yourself is a celebration of self-expression and the power of embracing our individuality. Through an elegant cross-over of contemporary jazz, Indian classical music and Western classical music, Ilario explores the meaning of 'being-ourselves' and the interconnectedness of all things in the universe.

The album has aired on jazz radio in London and across the UK, following it's world premiere at Kings Place in London in June 2023. The show has also achieved two sell out performances in Italy.

This very special group of world-class musicians will also be celebrating the composer’s birthday with this charity concert here in Watford, with all profits going to the Random Café, a local non-profit-organisation tackling food waste and its environmental impact here in Watford.

The show is performed in two halves, with a 20 minute interval.

Free parking is available on site, and nearby in Century Retail Park (please their check conditions of parking on arrival). The Pump House Theatre and Arts Centre is 4-minute walk from Watford High Street Overground Station.
